Take a bowl, to this add grated beet and all spices, ginger- garlic paste & sesame seeds, mix well.
Now all flour to this and knead a dough using little water.
Form evenly sized balls of dough and flatten it using rolling pin to make theplas.
Heat tava, place one thepla over it. Let it cook for a while, keep pressing from edges with help of cloth knot or laddle and flip it.
Now apply very little ghee to grease the thepla, do this for other side too. Cook from both sides.
Do this for rest of the dough balls.
Serve it with yogurt.
